Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be picked up at the airport and taken to your accommodation in Arusha. Dinner and overnight at Karama Lodge. (d)
Day 2: Start your five day lodging safari.
After breakfast, with packed lunches, drive to Lake Manyara National Park for game drive. This park is the habitat of many monkeys, like baboons and blue monkeys. They share their living area with animals like buffalo’s, wildebeest, zebra’s, giraffes and hippos. If you are lucky you can even spot the tree climbing lions. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Farm House. (b/l/d)
Day 3: After breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park, game drive en-route and enjoy picnic lunch on the way. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Sopa Lodge. (b/l/d)
Day 4: Optional full or half day game drive in the Serengeti, with a good chance of seeing big cats like lions, cheetahs and leopards. Overnight at Serengeti Sopa Lodge. (b/l/d)
Day 5: In the morning game drive in the Serengeti. After lunch drive to the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge with an amazing view over the crater. (b/l/d)
Day 6: After breakfast game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater. Magnificent surroundings and stunning views are the hallmark of this wonder of the world. There is a good chance to see the remaining Tanzanian black rhinos. Lunch inside the crater. In the late afternoon drive back to Arusha. Dinner and overnight at Karama Lodge. (b/l/d)
Day 7: Enjoy your breakfast at the lodge. Today you fly from Arusha to Zanzibar. In Zanzibar you will be picked up and taken to your accommodation in Stone Town. This is the cultural heart of Zanzibar and birth place of Freddy Mercury. Overnight at Tembo Hotel. (b)
Day 8: Today transfer to your beach accommodation at Kendwa, Sunset Bungalows, stay in a Deluxe Beach Bungalow for a few days of relaxation. You will stay there based on bed and breakfast. (b)
Day 9: Beach holiday at Sunset Bungalows, Deluxe Beach Bungalow. (b)
Day 10: Beach holiday at Sunset Bungalows, Deluxe Beach Bungalow. (b)
Day 11: Transport back to Zanzibar airport or the ferry port. You can take the ferry to Dar es Salaam and take your international flight there or fly back to Arusha. End of service at drop off at either ferry port or airport (b)
