The sightseeings are given on foot (pedestrian zones), I recommend to supplement only by the municipal transport (the tram, the underground, the bus). The transport between the towns is realized according to your wish (the taxi, the bus, the train). The transport is paid by you separately.

There is also the charming old historical center with many romantical places and real "old-Czech" pubs in Prague, where you can get typical Czech dinner and world known Czech beer.
Most admired highlights of Prague: Prague Castle, Vysehrad Castle, the Old Town (plus the Jewish Town), the Lesser Town, Charles Bridge, etc.
