Billabong Bed and Breakfast is located at Holloway’s Beach which is one of the closest beaches to Cairns. While being in the middle of a private pristine natural environment you will still be minutes away from the city. From the B&B it is an easy walk to the local beach. Holloway’s Beach has alfresco restaurant, cafes, Thai & fish & chip take away, supermarket and a bottle shop. Cairns is only a 10 minute drive away; take the local Sun bus which runs every hour or hire a car. Tours to The Great Barrier Reef and World Heritage Listed Rainforest, amongst many other tours depart Holloway’s Beach daily so you get the same conveniences of staying in the city, but without the crowds.
